Allgear Casa reserves the right to cancel or end stays due to violations.

5. Transaction Coordination Disclaimer When coordinating property sales or rentals:

  • We are not a party to the transaction

  • We are not liable for outcomes, delays, or third-party errors (e.g., title companies, banks, legal teams)

6. SMS and Email Communication By submitting your info, you agree to receive SMS/email messages. Message/data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability Allgear Casa is not liable for:

  • Investment loss or deal performance

  • Guest behavior or property damages

  • Booking system outages or errors

  • Reliance on informational content
